1. Meeting of our dear guests.
Meeting tourists at the factory building, familiarization with instructions, safety regulations, and rules of conduct on the workshop premises.
2. Introduction to the factory.
Beginning of the tour and introduction to the factory on the external side of the workshop - the overpass. We will show you where the production begins and ends. We will show you how we store and transport the sea urchins.
3. Showroom.
We treat our dear guests to tea with signature sandwiches made from sea urchin roe with the addition of butter. We will talk about its benefits and answer any questions you may have.
4. Entering the workshop.
We will go with you through the sanitary checkpoint, put on the necessary personal protective equipment (caps, masks, aprons, shoe covers, gloves) and take a closer look inside the workshop.
5. Master class.
You will be provided with up to 500 grams of live sea urchin, and together with a master, you will be able to professionally extract the roe, properly rinse it, and prepare it for consumption and further packaging.
6. Harvesting the fruits of our labor.
All the extracted roe is divided equally among the tour participants, and everyone can dispose of it at their own discretion. The product is ready to eat.
